Shipping & Return Policy

  • All orders will ship with a tracking number which is sent to you via text or email once your shipping label is created. If you did not receive a tracking number via email or text, please check to make sure your email address and/or phone number is correct on the order. 
  • We try our best to fulfill your orders within 1-2 business days, but please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. All orders are shipped via UPS and should take anywhere from 1-5 business days for your package to arrive depending on your location.  
  • Grae-ish is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been successfully delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact UPS with your tracking number to track your package further. 
  • You cannot change or cancel your order once it is placed. 
  • Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. 


  • At this moment, we do not offer exchanges. You may return the item and purchase the size/style that you are wanting. 
  • We accept returns up to 14 days starting on the day your order was delivered. We will only accept returns that are unwashed, unworn, unaltered with tags still attached and in the original packaging. We can refuse to process a return if the item(s) appear to be damaged or worn by the customer, including improper care of the garment(s) (i.e. Improper care of the fabric/failed to follow the care instructions on the tag and website). 
  • Please allow 1-3 business days after your return arrives back to us to be processed. 
  • Please note original shipping is not reimbursed. 
  • To initiate your free return, please email hello@graeish.com with your name, email, item(s) to be returned, reason for return, and order number.
